We use only 100% ‘Bourbon’, one of the original Arabica beans, and prized for its rich flavour. Our growers, in Brazil and El Salvador, are visited regularly by our roasters to ensure they are paid fairly, and receive proper schooling, housing and healthcare.
The coffee is dark roasted to produce a delicious sweet flavour.
